Everything else moved into the toolbar popup. These stayed because each one opens real tabs to measure against, and a popup closes the moment it loses focus, so a run would destroy the surface reporting on it.
Needs the fixture origin running:
node tools/fixture/server.mjs. It creates two throwaway
sessions, proves they cannot see each other, and removes them again.
